AGRITURISMO AL MARNICH, Schignano (Como)

Al-Marnich features rooms designed for couples and families. Rooms include ADSL (Wi-Fi or cable available upon request). Room 10 allows an extra bed. Rooms 1 and 4 include a fireplace operational upon request. Double rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable, a bathroom, and a terrace. Deluxe Double Rooms are larger and feature a fireplace (Room 16 only) and a private terrace. Family Rooms are welcoming and spacious, with a panoramic terrace and modern shower.

A full-course dinner includes 4 courses from the daily menu, a bottle of organic DOC wine 'Fattoria Cabanon', water, and coffee. The Agriturismo Al Marnich will be offering genuine local menues, perfect for hikers.

Al-Marnich provides opportunities for mountain biking with rental mountain bikes and electric bikes for trails in Intelvi's Valley. Guests can engage in birdwatching, lake watching, mountain trekking, kayaking, and animal watching (deer, foxes, badgers, hares, squirrels, hedgehogs). Lake Como offers aquatic sports during spring, summer, and autumn. Near Al-Marnich are attractions like the Swiss Transport Museum in Lucerne, mini-golf (open May-October), and the 'Laser Game' in Albavilla.

Al-Marnich is located in Schignano, 8 km (5 miles) from Lake Como. It is 80 km from Milan-Malpensa International Airport. By car, it is a 30-minute drive from Como city and one hour from Milano Rho Fiera. The center of Schignano is 2.5 km from the front gate. Public transport is available from Como San Giovanni train station via bus routes C10 and C20 towards Menaggio/Argegno. Al-Marnich offers transfers.

Al-Marnich produces its own supplies, including berries, walnuts, prunes, wild mountain honey, persimmon, strawberry grapes and various vegetables cultivated in a natural greenhouse.
